Walk in the old town and cremation places
Includes visits to monasteries, ashrams and temples in the old part of the city, and traditional Vedic schools.
We will walk in the narrow lands, in the vegetable market and we will see different shops of silk, essences, food…
And we will visit the main cremation place of the city: Manikarnika.
Duration of the tour: 3-4 hours.
Sunrise at Ganga River
One of the most beautiful experiences during your stay in Varanasi will be to see the sunrise on the boat on the Sacred River Ganges.You will be delighted with the wonderful views of the Ghats and the palaces whose stairs end up in the river.
Also you will observe the incredible activity in the river at Sunrise: pujas, baths, and rituals.
With our company you will learn more in detail the meaning of those rituals and the stories hiding behind the walls of the palaces.
We will also see (if you come in the evening) the Arti Ceremony.

Temples
Varanasi is also known as the city of Temples. Millions of temples show their domes to the sky of the city, and small shrines decorate each corner of the city.We will accompany you to visit with local transport (car or mini bus) the most emblematic temples of the city: Varanasi Hindu University Temple, Sankarmochan Temple, dedicated to Lord Hanuman, also known as Monkey Temple, Mother Goddess Temple or Durga Temple, and Mother India Temple.

Sarnath, Buddhist site
Sarnath, 14 km from Varanasi, is one of the most important places of Buddhism in India.
Here 2500 years ago Buddha delivered his first teaching after reaching Enlightenment in the city of Gaya, in the state of Bihar.
Sarnath has a museum, a park with a commemorative stupa of the place of the first teaching and many temples from Buddhist and other religious traditions.
An important place to visit. We suggest you to it with a specialized person who will explain to you all the details about this incomparable place.

Excursion to Chunar
Chunar, located 30 km from Varanasi, it´s known for its Durga Temple and its fort.
Regarding history, there you can visit the living grave of a monk of more than 200 years.
Go to the countryside one day and enjoy this beautiful place with us.
